Topic: unable to change primary domain name

I had configured my server on a domain abc.myftp.biz it is working perfectly. Now I have registered a permenent domain abc.net.in. I logged in as admin, went to configure my server, changed the domain name there, reconfigured the server, rebooted the server, but the domain name does not change after reboot, it still remains at the old name abc.myftp.biz, please help how to change the domain
