Is it possible (aside from running tcpdump/ethereal all the time) to monitor IM conversations over an SME Server.

For compliance reasons it is necessary that we keep records of users IM conversations, all users will be aware of this recording so there are no privicy issues here.

Has anyone tired to do this or done it before?
