Topic: selintra incomming calls with missing numbers

Hi there,

I setup a selintra under sme7.2
everything seems to work find but :
when someone is calling from outside on my siptrunk, the number which appears on my IP phones and softphone miss the 2 beginning numbers.

Lets say that some one is calling from his mobile 0655443322, it only appears 55443322 on the screen of my phones,

any idea ?

HI There

No idea why this should be so unless that is the way in which your carrier is delivering the CLI.  Selintra doesn't do anything with CLI unless you specifically tell it to.  It just delivers it to the phone.

If the lead two numbers arealways the same you can addthem back using the prefix in Trunks.
