Topic: plugins for QuickTime?

I'm trying to install plugins that will allow QuickTime streaming to work on web pages on my server.

I found the Darwin Streaming Server software at
http://www.publicsource.apple.com/projects/streaming/

The package comes with an Install script (/bin/sh).  I cannot get this script to run.  

Am I going in the wrong direction?  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get QuickTime to work?
