Topic: Server-manager language

Before I go (more) insane, how/where do I change/force the language in the server-manager?
I really want it in english, no matter what the stupid browser says

Do you want to entire system in english? Did you try:

config setprop sysconfig Language en_US
signal-event post-upgrade
signal-event reboot

NOTE: If you prefer, you can use en_GB

I take it you already had configured SME Server to use english lang ? If so then I would say you need to configure your browser to detect english first (what browser are you using ?) I think that you can't get what your after as it's dependant on your browser, all SME Server does is detect the language your browser is using and the SME Server serving the lang files in your case se_SV.

The point was that I don't want the SME to detect language (in the server-manager), I want it forced to english 
Mostly since I got several different settings on the computers here.

Edit: A setting like Auto/english/swedish/other language would be nice,
getting the possibility to either autodetect language or force one.

Try to change your default language in "internet options-languages", add en_US or en_GB and move this one to the top, works for me (english prefered instead of dutch )

In your web browser's settings.
For Firefox 3 for example go to "Tools" -> "Settings" -> "Content" and then under "Languages" choose the appropriate language by moving it up to the first position in the list. (Maybe you need to add the language to the list first).

I guess that would be similar for other browsers, so just have a look at your browser's settings page.

Thanx. It does work. But in this way all my sites would select english as first choice. Like "tosing" said, It would be better to have an option to set this in the server manager. Just this site I want hard-coded to english.
