Topic: How can I retrieve deleted emails from an old backup?

A user deleted emails from an IMAP account and now wants to retrieve them from an old backup (backup2 using rar or Dar2).

I have no idea how to do this. When I extract the rar backup and look at the files I find a series of files with long number names that I expect would be the email files and would corrolate with a database entries but these files all have a size of "0".

What can I do?
