Topic: Net binding error log and memory leak

I've just installed 7.2 and all appears to be running.

error log:
I am getting the following error in /var/log/iptables/current repeated every second.
@4000000046d56ce7369b5114 Wed Aug 29 22:55:57 2007 <8> ulogd.c:737 unable to create ipulogd handle
@4000000046d56ce7369b58e4 ERROR: Unable to bind netlink socket: No such file or directory

Any idea where this is could be comming from?  Where to look?

memory leak:
I've been watching memory usage with htop on the same server for about 13 hours and clamav memory usage is steadily climbing.
On initial boot the clamav usage was 0.1 after 13 hours it's 7.0 and climbing. 

Is anyone else seeing this?

My problem ended up being the openvz kernel I had been using with 7.1.2. It
booted fine for 7.2 but gave me several issues incluging the bugs above.

I had installed the openvz kernel as it supported inotofy which I required.I'm hoping sme 8 will support this functionality.
