Yes. I have a Toshiba Magnia 3010 Server running with SME 5.1.2. Everything is ok. SME can set the software RAID 1 when you need it.
I bought it with only one cpu and put a second one inside the server. I use it at home on a little network with 8 client PCs.
I didn't tested the hot swap feature of the server with SME, because I use it with one 2 GB SCA HDD as / and for the /home directory I put a Promise Fasttrack100 IDE controller with a WD800 IDE HD inside. The onboard IDE controllers didn't recognized my HDD. For backup I installed a 4GB Seagate tape streamer. For more disk space I can optionally mount three 9,1 GB IBM SCA HDDs.
So I have no big problem with the Magnia.
The only thing is, that the 2.2.19 smp-kernel can't use UDMA 100 for the Promise controller so I only get about 6,5 MB/s buffered disk reads with the IDE HDD. That is enough for my little network.

Dominik
