Topic: HEEEELP -- desperate runsvctrl GONE

Hello all.
I have a biiiig problem with my sme server ... i've ran the upgrading program and now ... when i boot up i get that runsvctrl isn't there
Starting httpd-e-smith:fail: runsvctrl: unable to change to service directory: file does not exist
I've loocked where runsvctrl should be but it's not there from where can i get it pls i'm deperate ?!?!! orhow can i fix this because i can't evan run yum update and the hole sistem's f... up ... pls i need help badly

ok i did... but can some1 help me here ??? or give me an ideea to what to do ?!?!?! all the services i can start easily but not with services ... it had alot of services that needed to be started now i realy don't know to start all of them ... realy ... and i can't even get yum to update ... i always get errors with access forbidden though in win i can very well see all the folders of the mirrors
