Background:
Running 5.1.2 w/php updates and imp 3.0 upgrade.
website and MAIN email servers hosted outside by ISP.
setup is multidrop using website ISP mail server.
all mail to isp mail is bounced to 1 pop3 account (working).
mail IS being retrieved by local server but being bounced back without getting into IMP box of correct user.
I can email to the oustside from within IMP.
Checked headers and they are fine.
within server-manager mail not to a defined user is supposed to be mailed to a specific outside user but that isn't happening either.
Mail is actually being bounced back to sender with this:

Note: xxxxxx was replaced by me in this message. the actual entries are correct domain and ip addresses.
