As far as I have been told the new 2.6.20 kernel should have this support build in, but I don't know if there's a 2.6.20 kernel for centos 4.4 or sme7.2

I have purchased this motherboard and I am trying to install SME 7.2 on to it, but it cannot find and cd rom sources after having booted from the cd rom.

How did you go about installing sme on this motherboard in the first place?

I cant seem to locate any drivers that sme likes.

I had the same problem, but I didn't solved it, I used an usb drive to boot the system it worked with that. If somebody else know how to get the CD/DVD drive running on that board with sme contribs 7.2 it would be great if they inform us here.
