Topic: unable to ftp outbound

I can download via ws_ftp from the internet to a client on my network but I am unable to ftp a file to an external site (using PASV mode.)

Anything I need to reconfigure in e-smith?  A search on here for ftp turned up stuff for having e-smith as the ftp server not just a firewall.
