Topic: "The requested URL /server-manager/ was not found on this server."

It seems that my server-manager is no longer on my server; I can ping and log in via ssh, but the server-manager has disappeared. I don't believe I've done anything to the server to cause this to occur, any ideas on how to fix (I've already done the steps suggested by http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:FAQ#Server-Manager).

The page is not there both to other computers and via localhost on the admin login.

Mia Culpa: It seems I can access the page via the entire URL, just not the local name (is this normal??).
