Hi,
In SME 7.2, I want to use admin account as any other normal accounts. Hence I want to avoid any system mails coming to admin account. Is there any option that I can forward system mails to other acounts?

I want to use admin account as any other normal accounts.

admin@yourdomain is used all throughout the code for system email messages, so don't use admin as a normal account.

You can create pseudonyms that forward to other users for
admin@virtualdomain1
and
admin@virtualdomain2
etc
