Hi Guys
tar.gz File.
Please if you may be so kind as to tell me how to install Openkiosk on a SME 7.2 Server. It is a " tar.gz " File

If there was already a howto we would point you to it, but do not expect some one to just stand up and generate you a howto based on (the information in) your post here.

On top of that I believe Qt3 (which is already outdated by Qt4) requires X windows which is not available on SME Server and also not provided as it is not needed to keep SME Server running, the less bits and bolts the less hard it is to keep its stable and secure...
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. No, sorry can't help although openkiosk looks interesting. This post from 2002 gives a list  and  places where to look. Once you find one, look for documents on requirements to run (database requirements, etc). Post if you come up with anything

AFAIK OpenKiosk is not such an application as it seems more like a terminal server computing solution, like citrix or something like that. Perhaps googling on "internet cafe" would help you as I did for 1 minute and found references to this for instance: http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=internet+cafe&section=projects&Go.x=0&Go.y=0
