Topic: ftp client cannot connect

My ftp client, ws-ftp from ipswitch, cannot connect to remote sites through the SME server. The server is running squid and diald. I could disable squid if necessary, but I want to keep diald to modem share.

I've searched the forum msgs and not come up with anything useful. I've tried changing the ws-ftp settings and read the manual.
