Topic: SOLVED! "Horde Groupware Webmail Edition" + "Gollem" (SME SERVER 7.3)

Hi,

Need help achieve the following:

1. installing "Horde Groupware Webmail Edition" (not only Horde Groupware, but the Horde Webmail Edition, see differences here: http://www.horde.org/projects.php)
2. install "Gollem" (which is not included in the Horde Webmail Edition)
3. create a tutorial / how to and post it in the wiki (RPM's List and Horde to be created page)

If possible, this should be achieved by the simplest possible way, like RPM's only (like it would be possible..)

I know there's already much information about installing horde and it's components, but it's fragmented and some of it relates to older versions of SME SERVER, not available anymore repo's, old horde files, etc.
As i also found that this a matter that interests many users, i thought i could start an up-to-date tutorial / how to and then share it.

And the best way to do so is to use the wiki, as this is far better suited for collaborative editing than the forums,  if you created the page you might want to post the link in this thread for users to follow-up, add etc.

First of all, don't laugh.. 
I tried to create a Horde page in http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Howto but i need to log into the wiki first. How can i do it?

I went to the wikipedia site, chose the english one, created an account and then searched for the SME SERVER pages, found the How To's and then tried to log in, but it didn't work. Thought it might be the user/password for this forum, also tried that but no success either.

Also, could you please clarify this doubt, when i try to edit SME SERVER Contribs pages, should i log in with:
1-my y wikipedia username / password
2-my SME SERVER forum username / password
3-my Bugzilla username / password

Any ideas?...

Hmmm...

So you raised a 'bug' requesting wiki edit privledges and you got a reply back saying 'Done'?

You normally use your forum credentials.

I've gone to http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Howto and then tried "edit" (both links), after which the request for username / password appeared; when i insert my forum user/pw, it says "Login error: Incorrect password entered. Please try again. "
(i wanted to edit this page to add the horde "Horde Groupware Webmail Edition" + "Gollem" How To)

The following error only appears when i try to log in with my wikipedia user/pw (wich now i know isn't the correct, but the forum's ones):

Could you please try to log in in these same links and tell me the result?

I've been getting that error for sometime. Thought it was just me. My first Username stopped working and the second one appears to have dissappeared. Lucky Eh.

Here are the 'bugs' regarding my wiki access.

EDIT;
From memory, you create a url and then edit it. Place it in the How-To catagory and it gets added to the index page.

I've created a new user for this forum (just for the purposes of testing) and still can't log in to the wiki!.. 
Same error appears: "Login error: Incorrect password entered. Please try again."
User: madsamuray

Hi, guys!

The solution is quite simple:   

1. install SME SERVER 7.3
2. install all the updates
3. enable webmail in server-manager
4. in the terminal: yum --enablerepo=* install smeserver-gollem
(i know enablerepo is not the best way to do it, someone please correct this, please)
5. in the terminal: signal-event post-upgrade + signal event reboot
6. enable ftp in the server-manager
7. login to webmail: https://server-ip/webmail (or https://server-ip/horde/gollem)
8. in the menu, now appears My Account/File Manager/Local FTP Server

Note 1: repeat step 4 and 5, replacing gollem with kronolith, mnemo and nag  (or other horde modules)

THAT'S IT!!

Now it would be great if the wiki log in issue could be solved, so i could put this steps in the How To's!

My problems accessing the wiki are different than yours.

You do realise you have to request access to the wiki via the bug tracker?

Thanks for all your help and interest! 
I think the problem is i never used a wiki before, regarding editing or creating pages, only for searching the information i needed.. 
I've already registered in the bugs tracker yesterday, but didn't figured out what i should do yet..

I want to share the small information / knowledge / solutions i learnt and organized, but i realize first i need to learn more about the way the wiki works. 
So, i'm going to do my homework in the near future and then put my hands to work!
