I have an SME server ver 6.0.1-01 running with Mr. Knudsen's clamAV & spamassassin contribs.  It is running hardware RAID 1 with a 3-ware IDE controller.  It's time to upgrade and it's time to replace the server.

I can easily transfer the information bay data; it's mostly archival storage.  What would be the easiest way to migrate the email data?  If needed I could manually recreate the user names and passwords.

Thanks for the assist.  Do you think if I move the bulk of the data (copy & delete from the old server) and use the backup to desktop and then restore from desktop will work as long as I keep it under 2gb?
