For some reason I am unable to add any data to my server...I am getting an error message:

'unable to create a folder access denied'

I hope this isn't a stupid question but am I simply out of room on my server?  I have 2 80G drives [raid 1] and when I go to see how much data is on them, it is showing (in the backup or restore area) that I have 59G of data.
 
  After posting this I found that I could add data in a shared data ibay...I was trying to add the above data to an ibay that only the admin [me] can add data to, with read capabilities for everyone else.

No - "access denied" is a permissions issue. It would say something different if you were out of room.

Please search our bug reports to see if your problem is similar to any if not... report bugs and potential bugs in the bug tracker. Thanks

As you mention you are logged in as user "admin" I can tell you there are a similar bug reports that are currently unconfirmed/open.

By moving data around and making some new Ibays, I was able to add files...now if I could log into bug tracker...

You could if you created an account, the link is on the main page of http://bugs.contribs.org just under the username and password field.
