I have no experience with superBB on SME, but the recent thread on phpBB are worth looking at.  If you aren't too invested in superBB yet, you might want to have a look at www.phpBB.com -- version 2.0 just came out, and it is really nice.  There are a couple of very good How-tos for SME available, or soon to be available (*cough, Dan B. cough*), and they will have you up and running in no time.

Best of luck,

Hmmm, was the "cough cough" supposed to imply that mine weren't ready yet?  Au contraire, it's up at http://www.familybrown.org/howtos/phpbb2-howto.html (and linked from the e-smith contrib HOWTOs page, last time I looked).  I like it, but YMMV...

I agree that phpBB is nice but I am vested in PostNuke and I needed something that ingegrated with with it.  SuperBB! is the best I have found and really is just what I am looking for if I can get my one issue resolved.  (Which is having it send the post via email if you are subscribed.)

Thanks for the help.

*cough cough* darn this cough... I think it's better now :)

I wasn't implying anything, other than giving you a cue to promote your own link ;)
