I have an AMD Geode system (a Koolu, to be exact). I'd like to play mp3 files via the command line. I've tried to google for various solutions, and found a couple of HOWTOs that described which RPMs to install to enable mp3 playback via the commandline. However, when installing alsa-utils, I never seem to get alsaconf, and sndconfig does not support the CS5536.
So has anyone successfully enabled AMD Geode CS5536 audio with SMEServer 7.3?
