Topic: Internal Server Error - Server very Slow - YUM no responce

Hi,

(Don't know if this is relative) Yesterday I came home to find that outlook on my XP box was not sending and receiving email - quick reboot of XP box and all was fine.

Today I had the same thing however the reboot did nothing to help. On going to the server manager I was given a page saying that there was an Internal Server Error.

Access via web pages looked ok.

Access via Putty was slow and on login displayed the following error:

Code: [Select]

...sv_flags...Error in file "mg.c" line 7
I asked for a reboot and got the same message back!? Ekk!!

After getting the box to shutdown / reboot its now very slow, Putty takes agaes to open and log me in - I tried running Yum update and that takes 10min to tell me that its already running and another 10min to exit it.?

SME7ADMIN shows the server was at 100% (user) from 22:00 to 08:30 when its stopped logging and I guess stopped working.

Can't see anything in logs?
