Topic: How do I sync Evolution Items from different Computers with Server?

Hi,
I want to accomplish the following thing:
Synchronize my Email, Contacts, Calendars and Notes from Evolution to a Server.
This sync-solution should work from Laptop and Desktop to the Server.
For my Emails I could use Imap but how do I synchronize the other three Items.
I tried to search the web, but the results confused me. Maybe one of you has a working setup.
