Initial login after installation at http:yourdomain.com/oats is user 'admin' and password 'admin'. Please change! This user has additional links and rights to your database.

Creation of accounts by anyone is initially set to 'true'. Change this to reflect your needs.

I tried to install this on my test server ... first prob I came across is the yum --enablerepo=AceNetTech install oats smeserver-oats ... I answered yes to install and came up with Package oats-2.0.3-1.noarch.rpm is not signed.

Might have to wait till you fix this ... it's not in the smecontribs mirror ... I checked manually as well.
