Hello Everybody,

my (test WAN) gives my sme server/gateway 192.168.1.40.
The sme gateway/server in turn hands out IPs in the 192.168.2.xxx range which provides for roughly 250 clients. So far this setup works really well. Now I need to increase the number of possible clients to about 800.
How do I do that?

Thank you for your help
Stefan

That is basic network management: you need to modify the subnet. A setting of 255.255.252.0 should allow you to have 1022 IP addresses according to subnet calculations: http://jodies.de/ipcalc?host=192.168.0.1&mask1=22&mask2=
