Topic: SME ESX-VM drive resize problem

have several instances of SME server 7.3 running as VMs in ESX 3.5.

at times, we need to resize the disk space allotted to a particular instance of SME.

am finding that using ESX VIC to resize does the trick (resizes the disk) but SME server
is not recognizing that the disk has indeed, been resized.

Does anybody know what must be done in order to get SME server to recognize that it has been resized?
