Mailman 2.1.5 Not Getting EMails
« on: March 15, 2008, 04:52:32 PM »
I installed the Mailman 2.1.5 Contrib per http://wiki.contribs.org/mailman but when someone sends a message to any of the Mailing List email addresses, they get the ol' 'Remote host said: 550 relaying denied' and Mailman never catches it.

What do I need to do to get Mailman to work and what will I need to do to make it work across multiple domains (I currently have 2 on the SME BOX but may add more).

Thanks! :)

Jim

Hello,
I just tried the package and works well!!
I tried working on multiple domains, even thou the mailman pages always takes you back to the main domain, it works.

Well,  mailman  i386 3:2.1.5.1-34.rhel4.6  base 7.1  just came through the updates, and mailman no longer works. :(

What repo is that from. It's not in smecontribs.

I think I found the answer to my (original) question - I needed to restart the service and now everything seems to work.

Now, I need to make some changes to the mm_cfg.py file and I need to know WHERE to edit it so that it gets rebuilt properly when I reboot.

Thanks! :)
