Topic: Force browsers to specific home page

I'm doing some research for a potential client. On an open wireless LAN, the client wants to force browsers to a login page to register with the business, similar to the way hotels force (or previously forced) a login page to charge for service.

I know that SME Server will support this via transparent proxy, which, IIUC, is on by default. I've tried to search for the settings required to effect this, but haven't found anything so far.

Can anyone assist?
