Topic: multiple copies of emails being sent from SME Server

We have a few people that have noticed multiple copies of emails being sent from the SMEServer.
The person who receives it (4 or 5 or 6 times) will let the person know who has sent it that they have received multiple copies.
The outbox of the person sending the email only shows one copy being sent.

Where do I start to try and sort this out?

I would start looking in /var/log/qmail/current and /var/log/qpsmtpd/current
