I have an E-Mail that I can't seem to get rid of

In webmail I get this:
  From     Subject
      [No subject]
and the size is 0

In Pine I get this:
MAIL FOLDER "INBOX" CLOSED DUE TO ACCESS ERROR

In outlook I get a problem downloading the message.

I can't delete it, download it, read it....

Does anyone know what's going on, or how to fix it. I can still get all my other mail, and send mail with no problem. It's just an anoying little e-mail that won't go away.
