Topic: egroupware new install and "The page isn't redirecting properly"

This is on SME 7.3 with all current yum updates.

After installing egroupware and doing the usual "signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot" I open https://<smeservername>/egroupware/setup/".  I get the Setup login page, but no images.  If I attempt to login using the default user/pass Firefox returns the error:

"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

 *   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
          cookies. "

The server-manager works fine, as well as the default starter website. 

Is this a bug, or am I doing something stupid?  Oh, and the same thing happens with GroupOffice.
