Seperate Domain Email

I know I have seen this - just can't find it - please don't shoot :?

On a SME 7.3 box - 1 primary & 1 Virtual Domain - previous employee (Joe) on Domian1.com - new employee (Joe) on Domain2.com -
Junk email still arriving from Old Joe on Domain1.com  and ending up in New Joe Domain2.com

I know there is a fix - it's eluding me.

You can only have one joe in the system (as a user acct in this case), so for the second joe create a new user name eg joe2
Then add a pseudonym
joe@domain2.com forwarding to joe2
using the full email address, and then mail for joe@domain1.com and joe@domain2.com will go to the seperate joes.

PS It never hurts to read the manual as this is in there.

Thanks Mary - been reading that manual for almost 9 years now and that answer eluded me - till now. 
Now as I ponder how to create a "Trash" account that will self empty itself - I am off...    TTFN.....
