I have SME Server 7.3 as my firewall, with three users. The internal users are having our mail properly spam filtered.
A few months ago, Mum was complaining about the amount of spam she was getting, so I set her up an account on the firewall. She collects her email from it via POP3S. The email address is within a domain I control, and I have simply forwarded email to the new address.
All is working as expected, except that she is still getting as much spam as ever, and is NOT receiving any with ***SPAM*** in the subject line. Its as if the SME Server is not filtering her email for spam, but it is filtering mail for everyone else. How can this be?
And more importantly, how can I get it fixed.
