I has activating the RecycleBin on SME 7.3 .. and it's work
But now i have to hiding the RecycleBin .. How to ..?

tested right now on a virtual machine and works perfectly; just a question: is your ebay internet access enabled?

If you have your windows client to show all hidden and system files ticked then you will see the Recycle folder as you've configured the windows client this way.
