It is very old :

phpSysInfo-2.1-install.sh                  11-Feb-2004 23:34  1.4K 

It should be for SME 6.0. You should easily find newer version on contribs.org.

It's not just very old but there is also a newer version available as a contrib which should make things much easier for you.

Just three commands should do it

config setprop phpsysinfo access public
expand-template /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/rc.d/rc7.d/S86httpd-e-smith restart
