Lost Web manager

Lost Web manager

I had the server running for some time. Now when I try to access the web manager IE can't find it.  When I access it by the IP address I get a "website under construction" message.  Any ideas?

I had been accessing it regularly that way.  But now I have to use  "https://ip address/server-manager/"   the "https://domain/server-manager" that was working no longer does.  The domain or nothing has been changed.
