Topic: How to create a wild cart email account?

I need a wild card email account for use as target email from those emails issue-xxx@domain or notes-xxx@domain etc.
I try to be more descriptive. I need setup this type of emails account for use at the Eventum Issue tracker like this:

http://eventum.mysql.org/wiki/index.php/Doing_a_fresh_install#Other_Features_Requiring_System_Setup

And this is a qmail example, but I don't know how to make this in SME without system damage:
