Topic: Billing integration

Hi there,

Stone in the bush time.  I did a search for A2billing integration into SARK/SAIL, but only found it referenced once indirectly in this forum.

A friend of mine told me about PBX in a flash, that integrates with A2billing, now I know nothing of either, but the feature interest me.  Is it possible to integrate A2Billing with SARK/SAIL or is there another package that does.

I love my SARK/SAIL setup cos the software and the people that support it rocks

No there is no integration with A2Billing and I don't think we will ever do it.  Most of the opensource billing solutions are poor in our view and don't really do what our customers want.  Instead they seem to concentrate on credit card type services which are fine if you want to set up a small Telco but damned useless for anything else.

Commercially we recommend a UK product called Tri-line (http://www.tri-line.co.uk/) which we are very happy with and, coming from a professional Telco background, it does what most of our customers want, which is professional post production billing. 

So there you go.  If you want to have a go with A2 then we'll give you all the help we can but we really aren't keen on doing it ourselves.
