Hello,

I have an AD in local lan, can smeserver authentication the AD user accounts with login, password and assign AD permission on smeserver?

No. SME server has its own user and group databases, and can't use those from an AD.

No. SME server has its own user and group databases, and can't use those from an AD.
It will require modifications to a extent which is not feasible for SME Server, but it is possible to authenticate Linux machines against ADs using PAM and winbind, we have it running in our company.

I guess it might be possible with SME Server as well, but it will be a lot of work to the core as we have to reroute all authentication as well as disable (part of) the internal user database...
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.
