Topic: some email form a Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.3959) not receiving

a friend of my is running smeserver 7.3 there are some emails which he said are not received by him
The sender uses a Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.3959) server. Does anybody know where the problem can be.

Get the IP address of the remote exchange server and see what you find when you search for it in /var/log/qpsmtpd/*.

If the SME server is actually rejecting the email there should be a bounce message delivered to the sender saying why; if there's no bounce message the email should be on the SME somewhere...
