sorry for my bad english

sorry if it was already in forum.

I would like to know how to do that with SME:
make many independent lists of e-mail addresses for mailling campaign;
only local LAN users can make lists of e-mail addresses and send info to all list (or lists, or some of them) at once (and members of list cannot see each other);
administrator can manage all lists and all members;
form list of lists or mix them.

Maybe some one can direct me where I can find or read about this soft.
