I have set up 2 SME Servers and used SME Dirty Tools to sync over the ibays which are of the same name on both servers.
I have read many posts on the forums referencing the syncing of Samba/User lists, most of which appear to suggest using SVN to sync folders, which I can appreciate. However, I am looking for a listing of the specific files which need to be copied from one to another. I think:
1) Most of /etc/samba/* [except smb.conf] needs to be copied.
2) User home directories (do the userid's need to exist first?)
3) The machine account of each PC on the domain (I am led to believe this is in /etc/passwd)
4.) All of the contribs from sme-pdc installed on sme-bdc, which I have done manually as there are only 5 or 6.
5) All the OATS and OTRS configs.
6.) The email settings for webmail and all the user's email
at least.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
