Wenn ich nochmals updaten will bekomme ich folgenden Fehler:

Ich denke das ist der Grund warum der mailserver nimmer will - wie löse ich das Problem ohne gleich neu aufzusetzen ?

bloß nicht neu aufsetzen....!

aktivier erstmal die richtigen yum repos ... versuch es mit Centos Updates und centos ,,, das geht dann...

und guck mal ob die eventuell beim update schon centos aktiv hattest... nicht das du ne Mischung zwischen centos und nem sme hast..

Letzen 20 installierten Pakete anzeigen

rpm -qa --last | head -20

Neu aufsetzen hieße nämlich die ganze Domäne neu einrichten .... :(

Ich habe schon daran gedacht einfach  php-4.3.9-3.22.12  manuell zu installieren aber das will er nicht so ganz

[root@mailserver ~]# rpm -i php-4.3.9-3.22.12.i386.rpm
        file /etc/pear.conf from install of php-4.3.9-3.22.12 conflicts with file from package php-4.3.9-3.22.9
        file /usr/bin/php from install of php-4.3.9-3.22.12 conflicts with file from package php-4.3.9-3.22.9

Natürlich könnte ich das auch erzwingen ... nur ob das zur Stabilität beiträgt bezweifle ich. :?

Welches sind die "richtigen" repros?

Installier mal mit yum...

guck mal ob er updaten will...


Centos updates vorher aktivieren im Server Manager...

also nochmal..

Centos Updates und Centos kurz aktivieren, zusätzlich zu deinen sonstigen Repos...

zeigt dir erstmal welche da sind:

also lass die SME eigenen Repos eingeschaltet....

Ich bekomme immer den gleichen Fehler zurück.

Die Frage ist, ob das dann auch wirklich der Grund ist warum das Mail nimmer funktioniert.

Habe ihn vor 2 oder 3 Monaten das letzte Mal geupdated - Kernel hat er angeblich heute einen neuen installiert.
SME 7.3
Angefangen hat die Geschichte, dass die Webmailoberfläche ohne Grafik kam und das Login über Webmail nicht funktionierte.
Also habe ich ein Update gemacht, danach ging die Weboberfläche aber nimmer das Versenden/Abholen der Mails.
Der Server steht ca. 100 km von mir entfernt. Werde ihn morgen mal einen Besuch abstatten und vor Ort entscheiden müssen wie es weitergeht.

welchen Kernel startest du denn da ?
