Drive /dev/hdc failed
replace a new one
but,

Disk /dev/hda: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 3722 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes

disk /dev/hdc are smaller a little bit and md1 dont recovery
