In trying to keep up or administer the server at work. I recieve emails from admin@XXXX.local also my account tviles@XXXX.local via a VPN connect from home. Are there other emails generated from SME server that I should be watching/getting? I only connect the VPN when I need it, then disconnect when done.
One more please. The server is at law enforcement agency. I can get into the default webpage by knowing my (its) dsl static IP address. It just goes the the page stating it is under construction. Is this a security problem? Should I disable this? If so I need to know how. I have most settings set to local only. The only VPN access is my account. The usrs can surf the internet and email but no other incoming connections are allowed except my VPN. Just concerned and thanks for the info I get on this forum. I really appreciate it.
