I've done what you told me.

1) The command:

rpm -qa | grep clamreturned nothing.

2) I've ran the antivirus_install.sh maybe 30 min ago, and the server returns

Installing ClamAntiVirus on SME Server 6.0 ....A lot of time, no?

3) I'll be waiting more, but I have a doubt: the installer (antivirus_install.sh) insists that the file is an upgrade so it needs to have a previous version installed on the server... and we have uninstalled it by using the command rpm...
Could this causes problems?

what kind of connection to internet do you have?

clamav rpms are about 19 mb..

if you have any doubt about what's going on, you can kill the script, delete temporary dir created in /root and then run it again with

sh -x antivirus_install.sh

Quite a lot of things went wrong. It's obvious that that script doesn't check carefully enough for commands which haven't worked. And it also does some thing unnecessarily or wrongly (e.g. creating /var/log/clamav). I'd advise you not to use this script, and to upgrade to SME 7.3 instead.

1) Mi homework is done! All the files are on the server.
2) Finally I met the guy who installed my friend's SME Server. He told me that he will come today to make an upgrade to SME 7.3... But as a good mexican, it is possible that he would come maybe on the next year...
So i'm ready to continue working on the ClamAV upgrading...
