Is there a script that I can run with cron to push all of the e-mail that was marked as SPAM into my junkmail folder so that it doesn't get downloaded via POP3?

When I check my mail from my PC with Thunderbird, I have rules that delete all of the SPAM that was flagged by the SME mail server, but if I try and check my mail with the iPhone POP3, there are no rules to delete it and I end up wading through hundreds of junk messages..

You only need to read the documentation and look into e-mail panel.. there's an option to do exactly what you are asking for
