I am able to use web mail to send and receive messages . However, when I try to configure outlook , I am only able to receive messages in outlook ( pop3) , but smtp fails.
here is my configuration in the mail server:

in outlook ,, I have the following:

incoming mail server: jetfantech.com
outgoing mail server(SMTP): smtp.jetfantech.com
in outgoing server dialog:
my outgoing server (SMTP requires authentication ) is checked,
and logon using ( is checked )
and require secure password authentication (SPA) is checked.
does this have to do with a vaild SSL certificate, as I have the sme server default, without any more modifications for the SSL.
