Topic: can not acces ftp ibay

i can now contact the i bay
but i can not put an ftp in it. when i try too acces the ftp

www.domain name/ ibay name.

how can i get acces true

ftp:// domain name / i-bay name.

when i try to get in with a member of that group i made for the i-bay i get a 550 error acces denied. what is it i do wrong.

i have the ftp acces at that i-bay.

also when i thy too get in the computer ask for acces only for my domain. not mij domain and mij i-bay.

last question is can i make the adres this way

www.i-bay.my domain

like big website providers do as lycos or ilse
