Hi Forum,

We are trying to run some clients with an application that provides Softphone/PIM Integration/Web-Collab to remote users.
At this time they establish VPN to our SME 7.3. without a problem, but the software inst working at all.

Talking to the provider and looking at the tech docs, this software uses a couple of ports to connect with their own server (located in our LAN).

Some VPN clients needs to be configured to allow specifics policy. Does SME need to be customize to do so? Is the VPN total transparent as if they were located onsite?

yes, it is, even if there are some issues with netbios
